Description
The Smart™ Multisensor is a breakthrough in marine technology, delivering a powerful combination of depth, speed-through-water, water temperature, and boat attitude data. Featuring the innovative Gen2 paddlewheel and wireless connectivity, this multisensor offers a simple and reliable way to receive high-accuracy hull data. By integrating an internal attitude sensor for heel and trim, it provides advanced speed-through-water calibration that is independent of your onboard instruments.
The multisensor connects wirelessly to the CAST™ app, allowing boaters to calibrate their device directly from a smartphone or tablet. This eliminates the need for expensive PC-based software and ensures that all speed calibrations and NMEA configurations are stored within the sensor itself rather than the display. Whether for sailing or powerboating, the 5.7 Hz speed output ensures visibly smoother reporting and faster data for better decision-making when every second counts.
Features:
- Enhanced Speed Performance: The Gen2 paddlewheel delivers industry-leading start-up speed below 0.3 knots and maintains linear accuracy up to 45 knots.
- Integrated Attitude Sensor: Provides real-time heel and trim data used for advanced, heel-compensated speed calibration.
- Wireless Connectivity: Use the CAST™ app to conduct basic and advanced calibrations, enable or disable PGNs, and set offset and output rates via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
- Reliable Data: Delivers high-resolution speed, depth, and temperature data to the NMEA 2000® network.
