Description
The B117 series is the industry standard for low-profile, thru-hull transducers, featuring a high-performance 50/200 kHz dual-frequency ceramic element. Designed for boats 8 meters (25′) and up, this bronze housing unit is nearly flush with the hull, extending only 5mm (3/16″) outside the surface to minimize drag. This makes it an ideal choice for center-console and trailered boats where streamlined performance is essential.
Engineered for versatility, the dual-frequency element provides excellent target detail in shallow water at 200 kHz and superior bottom tracking in deep water at 50 kHz. The low-profile design is complemented by a right-angle cable exit, which offers a low headroom profile and protects the cable from damage if the transducer is stepped on. For installation ease, an included rubber washer allows the hull nut to be tightened securely against irregular hull surfaces.
Features:
- Dual-frequency performance: 50 kHz with a wide 45° beamwidth and 200 kHz with a 12° beamwidth
- Provides depth and fast-response water temperature sensing
